No buttons in emails from Bot

Please help. I have an approval request form and Bot emails when new raw detected. Identical to the "Approval" app in templates. However, when reviewer receives this email, the buttons "Approved, Not approved, Pending" are not active. They are just like text field. Not clickable 😞

What do I miss? I believe when I tried first time, it worked. But not anymore.
