Okta Workforce Identity Cloud Error in setup

Hello,

One of my apps is requiring OKTA for the auth domain. I have setup everything per the documentation (https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10104487?hl=en) but am getting an error. I had it working on a trial version of OKTA but when I switched to paid, it no longer works (I had to set it up again as they can't transfer from trial to paid automagically). 

I'm assuming that I need to setup user groups but the OKTA documentation link (https://developer.okta.com/docs/how-to/creating-token-with-groups-claim/#create-a-groups-claim-for-o...) isn't as easy to follow as the appsheet documentation.

Has anyone setup user groups using OKTA or have any advice?

Solved. User groups needed to be added in Appsheet as well (not in the documentation
