Pdf workflow not retrieving all relevant lines

Hi all
I created a workflow from my orders table to print out a pdf including the order details (‘order lines’ table).
I am receiving the same lines 3 times instead of all the relvent lines. attached screen shots of the template, pdf, and relevant data.
what am I missing?

There are some issues with pdfs right now, about to be fixed, maybe that could be a reason.

If you eliminate var 1 and var 2, does it work fine?

no, same problem

Any chance it has something to do with key column values, or with security filters?

I would also test it , eliminating template table, and using the same start-end

I tried both, nothing works, don’t thing it has anything to do with key values as it works ok in the app, the problem is with the export
