Permitir carga formulario según condición

Hola!

Quisiera que el usuario pueda cargar el formulario unicamente si Resto = 0. ¿Cómo puedo hacerlo?Captura de Pantalla 2023-04-29 a la(s) 18.26.51.png

Please try in the Edit system action of the table on which the form is based
