Printing zero from auto compute in PDF

Hi all,

I have created an app for billing purpose up to 10 no. of items per bill. when we are creating bill for less than 10 items, than unnecssary "0" (Zero) are printing for remain items in total while generating its pdf. Zero are coming for auto-compute formula i.e., [Price] * [Quantity].

my aim Zero in total should not print, if item is not in line item.

image attched for more claritity.

anyone can help me, how to avoid it? thanks in advanceCapture.JPG

The idea is to use an additional column. But even better you can just use this expression directly in your template.

You can use a Text column with following formula:

If ([Total] > 0, [Total], โ€œโ€)

ya, I tried this ealier but "Grand total" is an another auto-compute field, i.e. Total1 + Total2 + Total3.......+Total 10, so it not accept text type

The idea is to use an additional column. But even better you can just use this expression directly in your template.

Thanks for yr quick support!!! its working now
