I created a workflow rule to generate 2 PDF files based on 2 templates.
MakeDoc AA: PDF A is generated based on template a.
MakeDoc BB: PDF B is generated based on template b.
template a and template b are different.
MakeDoc AA is run before MakeDoc BB.
In Day 1, Both MakeDoc generate PDF as expected.
In Day 2, something went wrong. PDF B is the same as PDF A.
I tried to troubleshoot. I changed the sequence โ MakeDoc BB is run before MakeDoc AA. Then PDF A become PDF B.
The conclusion is that subsequent MakeDoc will follow first MakeDoc PDF. In other words, only first template is used.
Can anyone enlighten me what happened? Did I do something wrong? But it worked before.
