Problem with Slice Row Filter Condition using a dereference

I am trying to limit rows in a sliced based on several conditions. I have two of them working but can’t figure out how to reference a value in the USERS table.

AND (([PI_NO]=3), (ISBLANK([1st_OK])),([GEO_NO]=Users.Geo_NO))

The table my slice is based on has a ref field to USERS table.

I’m sure that I’m missing something basic but can’t figure it out. All help is appreciated. Let me know if you need any more info.

I’ve checked out multiple posts and samples. This one seems like it should address my issue but I can’t figure it out.

Dereference Expressions

Use a dereference expression to retrieve a field value from a referenced record.
