I'm writing because I have a problem with quick sync (I know that it's still a sort of beta, but I'm preparing my application and I would like to understand more).
I have tried it with both my personal account (on a simple app) and with my work account (business subscription) and I have seen a difference in the way the quick sync works.
With my personal account, any change that is done using the mobile or desktop version is reflected at the same moment in the desktop or mobile app of the other users. Doing the same, however, using my work account doesn't give me the same picture: I have that the mobile app is updated in real time, while the desktop app has to be updated manually.
So, my question is: am I missing something? Is it the way it is supposed to work? Or is someone else having the same "problem" I have and has been able to understand the root cause?
