Randomize a list on a slice

Hi, I’m trying to randomize the starting position of the entire list and keep it sorted, is it possible using formula/action/workflow?

I believe you may wish to further elaborate your requirement , especially could you elaborate the following and details such as what field you wish to have it sorted.

I imagine you’d have to do it with a set of actions (not necessarily a workflow, though). You’d need a column to receive the row’s position in the sorted list, then a sequence of actions to assign each row its position. Doesn’t sound trivial to me.
