Report Fire (Time) in an expression?

Im wondering is it possible to have the Time a Report Fires, be in an expression, or be variable in any sort of way, or is this something that is set in stone?

Set in stone. Workflows are dynamic (and require human action to initiate), Reports are static (and don’t require human action to initiate).

Ok was hoping It could be an expression that I could tie into a settings menu so the user could dictate what time the report would fire.
