I've got a big app and a small app. Editing a row in the big app takes forever! There's no automations or actions stuff going on triggered on edits, just a simple edit row that drags on. But in the small app, it's done in less than a second.
Is it possible to make editing a row faster? It currently takes 4 seconds, which feels like forever! This is causing a lot of frustration and making the syncing process a nightmare.
Have a look at this small app on the other hand does job really well.
Guess what? I reached out to customer support a month ago and guess what? Still no resolution. I gave them super clear instructions with table names, app names, views, everything! And what do they do? They go and find a table with obvious automation and blame that for the delay. Can you believe it?
I gave clear instructions with view name:
Check out their reply. It's one thing if it happens once or twice, but when it happens every single time, I'm definitely going to have to give them a piece of my mind about their lack of efficiency.
Check the Virtual columns ,it takes time
The table without virtual columns is just like the one in the screenshot I shared earlier, except for one virtual column with a simple select(). However, making edits shouldn't take longer just because of this. It would make more sense if syncing was slower because of the virtual column.
