SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PAYMENT PER APP

I have an account in a subscription plan Public AppSheet Publisher Pro.

I developed an hotel booking App, where N users can access to book and add aditional services to the shopping cart.

Eg: The Guest X was in the BOOKING VIEW and added to the shopping cart the suite and a wine bottle, she completed the book, then she share the URL of the BOOKING VIEW to her partner and he edited it even when the book was finished and completed.

In this subscription plan How AppSheet manage this kind of situation?

And Which would be the business model that apply in subscription plan by app?

Previamente debiste haber configurado tu tabla con condiciones para este tipo de casos. Sobretodo si cada registro tieen una etapa final. Por ejemplo:

• Creando un Slice 
• configurando los botnes de EDIT y DELETE.
• Añadiendo una comulna de estado y luego configurando el "edit only".
