Send email when USERSETTINGS() gets updated

Hello all,

I am trying to send an email every time USERSETTINGS() gets updated.

Is it possible?

I have created an action on _Per user settings to execute an action on a set of rows on the Users table (set last login to NOW())

I was hoping to add this action on behavior on the Settings form.

Then a BOT on Users table on Updates to send an email

Unfortunately, the Settings Form does not accept any actions in the Behavior tab

Any other ideas?
