Server Caching clarification

Does the server caching interval mean that when a user opens the app it is cached for the next interval minutes or does it mean that appsheet is updating a cache every interval minutes?

I don’t know for sure, but typically the caching interval is how long the cached content is kept once retrieved. The cache is typically not proactively refreshed, but instead only refreshed when first requested after expiring.
