Setting up email

When I push the send email button it sends me to an empty browser window with the address

mailto:AnnAdams@gmail.com?subject=%20&body=%20%20%0D%0A%0D%0A(powered%20by%20AppSheet.com)

What am I doing wrong?

I use Gmail.

mailto: is an HTML tag and it re-directs you to the browser or main mailbox app when clicked on a desktop. In mobile, it will open a browser for sure. If you want to send an email within the app, you shall set an email workflow rule instead.
