Show if next column if previous all items in previous enamelist not selected

Hi just trying to use โ€œshow ifโ€ on the following column if the previous column being an enumlist based on a valid if from a table, if not all items are selected?

Lets say there are potentially 6 items. So something like

COUNT([ENUMLIST Column])=6
