Show multiple images on the same column

Hello, I have table where 3 images are taken when compiling a field report so technically these 3 images are stored on 3 different columns. I also have a "Detail type view" that would benefit from having this 3 images not separated vertically. Is there a way to group them togheter in a single row as roughly desplayed:

If you would have the photos in a child table, you could create a inline view as gallery which would be quite close what you are looking for.

Sadly they are not in a child table. But what if I create a gallery view and then reference that view in the same row?

Tried this approach but obviously the reference only picks the first result. So I have the gallery, but only the first photo.

Unfortunately that approach doesn't work.
