Hi Community,

Does anyone know why my signature field defaults to looking like this?

Only after I unlock and lock it does it show the standard “TAP TO UNLOCK” Text. Not sure what is going on.

Call to Action for Apps Constructing URLs to GetTableFileUrl Announcements

We recently made a security enhancement wherein image and file type columns have signed URLs generated for them. This enhancement prevents an app user from changing the table name or file name parameters in order to access app files that they should not. Thanks @Steve however I am not doing anything fancier than setting my column to signature. Everything seems to work just the icon shows as illustrated. Is it maybe my database, data type???

The icon displayed–a broken image–suggests to me either (a) the image file is bad/corrupt/unsupported and so cannot be displayed; or (b) the link to the image is bad or points to a non-existent or inaccessible target. Whatever the case, I suspect the problem is deeper than I myself can troubleshoot here in the community (though someone else might be able to), so I encourage you to engage support@appsheet.com.
