Step name not updating in certain circumstances

When creating a step, if you click on plus, then “create a custom step” then give it a unique name. The name in the flow diagram does not update until after you do a save.

If however you click on plus, then type in a unique name, then click on “create a custom step” the name is update immediately in the flow diagram.

Minor issue but thought I’d report it
