Hi, user reporting that the sync button doesn't work when clicked. They are using a tablet to access the app, they have 46 syncs waiting. Wifi connection is not an issue. When they drag down the sync doesn't work either.
I tried recovery mode but no joy, is there anything else I can try?

In my experience, whenever users have syncs that are queued and don't resolve when the app is connected to the internet it is usually tied to an error with the data source. I use a SQL table as my data source so sometimes a column would be required in the SQL table but not required in AppSheet. So that error would stay in the queue even if the user forced a sync or refreshed the page.
