Sync offline changes on the background

Hi, is it possible to sync offline changes automatically when the cell phone returns to online status without the need of opening appshet app once the phone is online again?

My app it's meant to work offline in farms. Users make changes offline and then they return to the city where the cellular phone returns to online status.

The app is working fine during offline usage. The question is if there is a way to sync the changes without the need to open appshet app once the phone is online again.
