Hi,
I have huge problems in Synchronization with Excel on a onedrive via Windows 11. Me and my client have the same issue that we lost data or data was not stored at all.
Kind regards,
Robert
You should talk to Microsoft since this place is for AppSheet related problems
BTW, is this AppSheet related at all? Because I use Microsoft services and can help you
When Appsheet is offering OneDrive as a Data Source then why not?
I am use both technologies (Google Sheets and Excel)
I’m not saying you shouldn’t be using OneDrive, your question was not clear, that’s all.
OneDrive is not quite “fast” when it comes to changes from AppSheet.
I’ve experienced this when I try to open my excel after a change made through AppSheet.
In short, never open your Excel to do anything with it. It should be just the database. All interactions should be made through AppSheet or a software that gets the info from the excel (Like PowerBI).
If you are using your Excel spreadsheet for any other use other than the app, you are likely to have problems. Even opening the spreadsheet to look at it is considered a use unless opened in read-only mode.
Excel spreadsheets are not well suited for sharing. Google Sheets spreadsheets are.
