Total hours slept column

Hey guys,

Beginner here. This is probably a stupid question, but I haven't been able to figure out the solution.

How can I add a column to a form so that my users can input the amount of time they slept?

My problem with time formulas is that use AM/PM

I hope that makes sense.

Hi,
You can use the "Duration" field type for this.
Then the user can input the duration in "hh: mm" format.
