UX Views Position Question

Hello,

I could really use help with UX Views and positioning of the table links. The only option i see is to add to the very bottom or the side bar. My goal is to have like a main menu page where the links build from top to bottom but the only options are see is where I can keep adding to the bottom or side bar but then the main page on the app is always just a white blank screen. How can I have my form links added to this white blank screen section instead of the other two choicses? Please help!
