Unable to open PDF after enabling "Store content for offline use"

My App has option to upload PDF files to Google Drive and view them. It was working perfectly until I enabled “Store content for offline use”. After enabling this, I’m able to open the PDF file once. The second time I’m getting this error: “The PDF was downloaded, but can’t be accessed. Please try again.”

Issue is occurring only on Android (OnePlus Nord, Android-11).
I do not have any issues in web as well as iPad. There I’m able to open the cached PDF quickly.

Seems to be fixed in version 14.9
