Unable to save in Mobile and Tablet mode, but can be save in Desktop mode for INPUT function

Hi everyone,

Is anyone having the same issue with me i.e., INPUT Function unable to save in mobile and Tablet mode but can be save in Desktop mode. Is anything that I missing. The following is the action that i used.

For Set these column: I choose column [rejection_reason] with the formula [_INPUT].[rejection_reason]

For Inputs: I set name = rejection_reason, Type = LongText, Default value = [rejection_reason]
