Under UX/Primary Views area (screenshot included), I have two views. One is called Call List and the Other Parent List. This app was copied over from another app and I added to it. I think I don’t need the Parent List right?

Seems like the view is pulling from the Call List one. Both point to the same spreadsheet.

How does App Sheet know to pull Call List vs Parent List?

It depends what that “Parent list” should show for the user… very difficult to say do you need it or not. The app will show the first one from your list… and in this case it’s the “Call List”.
