Updating a formula in an existing line

Hello,
Currently I create formulas in the tables of my data.
These formulas are activated when a line is added.
Is it possible to make in sotre that a formula activates in a cell of an already existing row? (on an already existing row of another table also)

This would save me from putting forms on my sheet.

If yes, is there a particular method?

When you have a column with an app formula, it’s recalculated when the record is opened and saved or the record is somehow updated with an action. If you need a column that is recalculated every time when you sync the app, you should use virtual column for that purpose.
