User signin not allowed with the FREE plan

Hi folks, I am unsure what this is telling me even though I have looked at other help answers on the subject.

I go to the deployment check and get the error

User signin not allowed with the FREE plan

- As far as I know I do not have any requirement for a user sign in, I have built an app for personal use, with only me, the owner, with app access.
