Why can't I see the image formatting options?

No te preocupes y disculpa por no haberte entendido bien. 

Esta opción forma parte del Preview Program de las nuevas funcionalidades de AppSheet. Son funcionalidades que todavía están en estado beta. Para usarlas hay que activar la opción que se muestra en el enlace.
