I have 2 actions created, โGet Employees To Updateโ and โUpdate Employee Statusโ, both based on the Employee table. Iโm trying to create a workflow based on the Projects table that executes the โGet Employees To Updateโ action when records are inserted into the Projects table. When defining the workflow Change Data rule for the workflow, the โWorkflow Action Nameโ field is free-form. Should it be? If so, ok I guess. So I freeform enter the โGet Employees to Updateโ as the action name. For the โData Change Action Nameโ field, it is a drop-down box with includes only a single record, a check mark. ??? Shouldnโt I see my Update Employee Status action in this drop-down? After saving the record I get an error message of: โWorkflow rule โOn Adding New Projectโ Action Name โโ for Table โProjectsโ not found.โ
