Workflow Data Change Action Name

I have 2 actions created, “Get Employees To Update” and “Update Employee Status”, both based on the Employee table. I’m trying to create a workflow based on the Projects table that executes the “Get Employees To Update” action when records are inserted into the Projects table. When defining the workflow Change Data rule for the workflow, the “Workflow Action Name” field is free-form. Should it be? If so, ok I guess. So I freeform enter the “Get Employees to Update” as the action name. For the “Data Change Action Name” field, it is a drop-down box with includes only a single record, a check mark. ??? Shouldn’t I see my Update Employee Status action in this drop-down? After saving the record I get an error message of: “Workflow rule ‘On Adding New Project’ Action Name ‘’ for Table ‘Projects’ not found.”
