Workflow Email error Duplicate emails

Is there an issue with the email server today possibly due to the google outage that was reported? For some unknown reason my “print” workflow that sends an email to my eprint email is sending 2 instead of one. This function has worked all year with no changes to it, yet today when we print it prints twice. I’ve tested the eprint with my personal email and it prints only one, so it’s something to do with the app. Any help would be appreciated.
