Workflow Issues

Multiple email workflows have been working perfectly until yesterday. Now very intermittent, taking hours to come through, and some PDF attachments coming through with no file type shown. Can someone advise whatโ€™s going on?

Hi James,

There was a period for a few hours yesterday afternoon when emails were created but not sent.
In the late afternoon, we found and fixed that problem, and the backlog of workflow emails were sent.

I am not aware of any problem regarding PDF attachments.
