Workflow eMail - Template Output Failure

My Google docs file used in AppSheets workflow fails output the docs template upon being emailed. the input data is values are outputted to email, but not the doc template with data. Not certain of the problem…

Hi, are you still seeing the same? Do I understand your challenge… it sends the email with the body field but the PDF file itself is missing? Is it possible that the Workflow option “Attachment Archive” has at least “Attach” option selected?
