Workflow test works, but does not trigger action

Hello guys,

I created a workflow to create an automatic tasks.

The workflow is triggered when an enum list data = true. When I run the workflow test, it works.

Then I created a behavior that adds a row from my Data X table to my Tasks table. When I test the manual behavior, it works fine.

However, when I link the workflow to the action, it doesn’t work. My view is currently in quick edit mode, but I tried without it, and it still doesn’t work.

Do you guys have a walk around for this ?

Please post a screenshots of the workflow configuration, of the complete expression to trigger the workflow, and of the action configuration.
