google docs template strange behaviour

       I am working on checklist app ,but I am facing a strange behaviour in my template as when I in edit mode it displays as normal like that:

Bu when Pdf generated ,it displays:

What could be the reason?

It is not as strange as you might think, it seems that you changed the border width in google docs, but forgot to do so in the AppSheet side:

That straight line that you're using, is it an image of some sort?

Try to build the entire thing using tables, you can "emulate" that sort of line.

Also, that lets you position your image in a way it won't move around the PDF
