interaction between applications

Hello everyone, I have a question; It is possible to make an Apsheet app in any of the plans; Interact with an Apsheet app that is already published on Playstore.  

For example, the Play Sotre app is downloaded by patients from a rehabilitation center, and from the other app they receive the exercises they must do at home.

Depends what you mean exactly by "interact". But plan type or white-labelling wouldn't have any affect.
