new Bug encountered in overlay actions in dashboards

for my dashboards....I've always had this feature turned off.

today when I log in I see action buttons in my dashboard.  I went to settings to see if for some reason it turned back on, but it wasn't.

this happened within the last 12 hours

Somebody inside Appsheet team is playing with UX, and forgot that was in PRODUCTION !!!
