"Run a Data Action" Issue

Hi,

I am making an app to help keep track of rent at an apartment complex. I am trying to set up a bot that creates a charge for rent for each tenant each month. I go to create the event that is a schedule and choose for it to run every month but when I go to choose the action, I don't have the ability to "Run a Data Action." 

However, when I create an event that is a data change, I then have the ability to run a data action.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to fix this or work around this? If not, I would appreciate any suggestions on how I could go about this in a different way to make this app work for my needs.

To ensure you get the "Run a Data Action" option, please ensure you set the option "ForEachRowInTable" to on  in the event pane.
