time valid_if

Hello,

I wanted to ask if someone could help me out. Im trying to make a valid_if statement where the time entered must be greater than the current time minus 2 hours. 

This is what I currently have and it doesn't seem to be functioning. 

TIME([_THIS])>(timenow()-02:00:00)
