Problem : Incorrect Time Zone in post but correct in list

In my Settings / Preferences I selected "Time zone = Eastern US Time".

When I view the post list https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Feature-Ideas/idb-p/appsheet-ideas/tab/most-recent  I see an entry at 11:48 PM

When I open the post itself https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Feature-Ideas/Overcome-Problem-with-Google-Map-pins-appearin...  I see 08:48 PM

The latter is INCORRECT.
