Control the Auto Save (for Forms) with a formula instead of a static toggle

Instead of a form’s ability to auto save being controlled by a static toggle switch, could we have the ability to dynamically control this with a formula?

I’ve got a questionnaire form that, based on the responses from the respondent, I would like to automatically save sometimes and other times not.
