Create a new parameter CONTEXT("localView")

You may be aware that the CONTEXT("View") or CONTEXT("ViewType") fails when using the app with desktop mode.

I suggest creating an option such as "frameView" and "frameViewType" that would use the actual frame type in the desktop mode, and would be considered as being the legacy "view" and "viewtype" when used on a mobile device.
