This would be super handy for testing an app's offline capabilities, as well as testing app functionalities that require data changes, without having to worry about actually making those changes to the actual data.

For example, I was just testing a functionality setup that triggered 16 syncs at once. After visually confirming that the functionality worked in the app, I quickly went to the menu to "reset changes", but by then there were only 12 syncs left, which means I still had to manually revert 4 data changes. It would have been nice to disable the connection, test the functionality, reset all of the changes, then re-enable the connection.
