Show only email in side menu

The Show name and email in the side menu UX option only allows both or neither. It would be helpful to be able to suppress the name and show only the email. The main reason is that the name coming from the identity provider can be meaningless and confusing.

Would definitely be nice to get a bit more control here, or perhaps allow us to map a display name parameter when setting up the cognito IDP.

When using Cognito, it would definitely be ideal to be able to leverage the authentication groups that are putatively available for configuration within AppSheet but are explicitly noted as unavailable, as well as other identity attributes.
