To display "overlay action" over Map View

Currently, overlay action for Map type view is not supported.
Likewise for other type of view where we are able to display Overlay action, I wish to have new feature to display overlay action on Map view as well.

I would love to use it for a navigation action like LINKTOFORM() or another Map View.

Bump, this one thing alone would cut a lot of work around nonsense and expressions I have to do to achieve what I need.
