I set the values with the following but I can't get any email notification when
I changed the case to another people and that people got notifications from soar but did not get mail.
Hi @thida the idea of notification is that once you assign case to another user (if this user has email notification turned on in his localisation settings) platform will send him an email like below:
However, it won't notify you that you assign it to another user.
To make sure that the user will receive an email you need to instract your users to enable email notification (this setting is independent per user):
