Keep getting percentage figures like 6000% (in thousands)?

Hi there My Google Sheet has formulas like (a1/b2)*100… and the cells are formatted as numbers On my Apps Sheet I get instead of a figure of 60 (ie. 60%), a figure of 6000%?! How do I fix this?! Thanks
