CAN NO LONGER UPLOAD IMAGES ON GOOGLE SHEETS

Large Google Sheet file, we use an image in cell via "insert --- image --- image in cell"Lately no one is able to upload the images, I have tried link, screenshot etc but get the same error on the upload. See image. Anyone have any idea?!
